Description
The blade is patternwelded in a romanoceltic pattern with Wrought iron in the middle of the blade and Carbon steel on the edge . The handle is made from African blackwood and the guard and pommel are walnut with brass fittings (and a couple of copper rivets on the peening block.)
Materials : Vintage wrought iron, 80CRV2carbon steel, African blackwood, walnut brass copper .
Blade length is 18 3/4” long, 2 ¼ “ wide over all length is 28.5” .
The sword weighs 2lb 1oz with a point of balance 3 inches into the blade.
